To ensure longevity, we recommend that your beads are not pulled forcefully.

It is inevitable that colour fading may occur, should the gold-plated beads become in contact with any liquids. Beads produced from glass may become damaged if dropped.

Therefore, it is essential that you take care of your beads, as their condition depends on their treatment.

Please be aware that Mojo Beads is not responsible for severe breakage and any damage is the customers responsibility. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be accepted as the beads are made to order.
