FAQs

1. Is everything handmade?

Yes! Everything we make is made to order and handmade by us. We always customise to the exact wrist size or necklace length requested. Our Phone Chains are also all handmade. Everything we sell is handmade!

 

2. How do I personalise the item I want?

If the item you are looking to purchase has a ‘personalisation’ box before checking out, then please enter the personalisation required there! If not, then unfortunately that product does not come customised. However, if you are very keen and urgently require a certain type of customisation for a certain product, please email us at: info@mojobeads.com and we will do our very best to accommodate your requests. *Additional fees may apply to bespoke products*

 

3. Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept Refunds & Returns at this moment in time. Firstly, because every product is made uniquely for you and made to order. We do not pre-make any products in advance. Everything is made when purchased, to the length and size required. Secondly, we cannot accept returns due to COVID.

 

4. Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges in this moment of time.

 

5. If my item has arrived damaged, what can I do? 

We ensure we always quality check every item before dispatching. However, we understand that some items do get damaged within the mail process, therefore please contact us at: info@mojobeads.com with photos of the damaged product, with your order number. This must be within 30 days of purchasing the product and no later than. We will do our best to accommodate you. 

 

6. How do you attach the Phone Chain to the phone?

Please loop the lanyard provided in either the camera slot, charging slot or silencer slot. You then re-attach the phone chain clasps to the lanyard and voila! Please ensure you have a strong enough phone case, to avoid any damage to your phone case. Mojo Beads London is not responsible for any damage caused to your phone case or phone. 

 

7. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Please see our Shipping page for a guideline of shipping prices in your country. 

 

8. Are your phone chains a fashionable piece only or do they actually protect my phone from falling?

Our Phone Chains are merely a fashionable piece to attach to your phone, however they do save your phone from falling a handful of times. We do not recommend dangling your phone from it for a long period of time, or swinging it around. 

 

9. I have small children, are your products dangerous?

Our products are made strictly for adults. They are a choking hazard as charms and pendants and small beads are used to make them. Please always keep small choking hazards AWAY from children. These are not made for children. 

 

10. Do you have any mask chains? 

Yes! Our Glasses Chains are also for Face Masks. They are fully versatile for glasses, sunglasses, face masks, or can even be worn as a necklace! That is the beauty of our products. All in one! However, they may appear the same as the Phone Chains, but they are not strong enough to be used as a phone chain as they are made differently to them. 

 

11. My Charm fell off my phone chain, can I have another?

Yes, of course we can send you another. However, this is subject to an additional charge. Please email us at: info@mojobeads.com with a photo of where the charm has fallen off, so we know how to send you a replacement attachment. 

 

12. Are your items Gold plated?

Yes! They are. However, as they are gold ‘plated’ and not real gold, please do not shower or wet the products with any oils/perfume/alcohol/sanitizer. This may tarnish the colour of the plating and result in fading of the gold. It is your responsibility to take care of your product to ensure the longevity of it. Please refer to our Mojo Policy for more information on how to take care of your product. 

 

13. I received my item damaged, what can I do? 

Please contact us the moment you receive your damaged item with a photo of proof at: info@mojobeads.com . We will do our very best to accommodate you. 

 

14. Can you please make me a similar item to another brand?

The short answer is: No. Unfortunately, we have a zero tolerance policy for replicating anyone else’s brand. Our ethics are to never replicate any brand. 

 

15. I've lost my lanyard, help!

Please contact us at: info@mojobeads.com and we will be happy to accommodate you. 

 

16. I have seen what my favourite influencer is wearing, can I have exactly the same made for me?

Yes, of course. Everyone is entitled to the same as the influencers. Please email us at: info@mojobeads.com with a photo of the influencer using the product of interest. We will do our very best to accommodate you. 

 

17. How do I measure my bracelet size?

The best way to find out what your wrist size is, is to use a tape measurer and wrap it around your wrist’s circumference at the desired tightness.

Or, alternatively, you may wrap a piece of string around your wrist, adjust it to the tightness required and then measure the piece of string at the chosen point against a ruler.

 

18. What is the average wrist size?

The average size for a woman’s wrist is 17cm in circumference. 

 

19. How long does shipping take in the UK? 

Please refer to our Shipping Policy on our website for more information on this. However briefly, it can take anywhere from 1 day to 7 days, via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, depending on your area in the UK. Some areas within the UK are struggling with a huge backlog of deliveries and this may affect the time frame of receiving. 

 

20. Do you sell phone cases?

We would love to one day provide our customers with Phone Cases, however we do not currently do this. 

 

21. Do you share my personal information with third parties?

No, we do not share any of your personal information with anyone. 

 

22. I still haven’t received my order, what can I do?

Please bear with us and the global shipping companies during these tough times. Please refer to our Shipping policy page for more information regarding delays. We cannot control what happens within the shipping process once it leaves us. We also cannot contact our shipping company unless it has been over 60 days within the UK and 90 days internationally since it was meant to be delivered. 

 

23. How long does it take for you to respond to my email?

We make sure to do our very best to respond very quickly to all emails. Please bare with us and we will respond promptly. 

 

24. I have allergies, can I wear your products?

We recommend you always contact us in advance if you have any allergies. Mojo Beads London is NOT responsible for any allergic reactions, if you did not contact us prior to ordering. We will of course do our best to accommodate to your questions when asking if our products are safe for your allergies. Please remember to email us prior to ordering at: info@mojobeads.com

 

25. Is your Gold Plated Chains 'Nickel-Free'?

Yes, they are!
